職務說明:Job purpose:
•Responsible for providing assistance in the direction for the site including technical acceptance, operational performance, maintenance and service delivery of airport services systems, products and solutions.
•Be a point of contact for Taipei for both internal and external customers in order to improve and maintain customer satisfaction of SITA products, solutions and systems operations to maximize the business potential of airport services.
•Provide Site administration and maintenance management for SITA airport services/systems at Taipei, including configuration processing as well as component & software installation/modifications.
•Provide / oversee first level trouble shooting for Regional Customer Services & Operations (RCS&O) and customers, ensuring all systems operate with maximum efficiency and reliability, co-ordinating 2nd and 3rd Level Support, as/when required, with Regional and BOH Technical management respectively.
•Support the Site Manager on general operational and maintenance matters.
Key tasks:
•Provide assistance to System Administrator in the day to day running of the CUTE system at Taipei airport including all customer software updates, customer airline terminal emulator installations, work orders, and other system enhancements. This responsibility extends beyond normal working hours and may involve being on-call.
•Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing regular and consistent contact with them.
•Carry out the tasks assigned in relation to new Gateway installations, /upgrades and ADS infrastructure / software upgrades/modifications.
•Undertake on-site beta testing of the above tasks to ensure / report that prescribed service standards are maintained (or exceeded).
•Prepare and Validate (Quality Assurance) the readiness of the prepared components or software prior to completion of the assigned tasks.
•Trouble shoot and diagnose all software and hardware faults on all equipment, E.G Servers, Routers, Switches, Work Stations and peripherals.
•Carry out workshop repairs and preventative maintenance on all Peripherals, including diagnostics, board replacement, and mechanical repairs where possible.
•Ensure all failed components, E.G. Power Supplies and PCB's etc are returned to suppliers for repair or replacement.
•Ensure adequate stocks of spare parts are maintained to have fully operational spares of all equipment types at all times.
•Submit any reports / work orders in a timely and effective manner.
•Report immediately to Site Manager any and all problems that impact the prescribed operations service/performance standards, or any problem that may otherwise be beyond the ability or responsibility of the Site Engineer, in a timely and effective manner.
